The Watertown Rapids are ramping up preparations for the 2022 season. We open up for the summer on June 2nd here at “Toyota Field at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds” as we take on the Adirondack Trail Blazers. The Rapids open the season with their first Promotional Night being Agricultural Appreciation Night then there will be fireworks night and more! The Rapids are excited to welcome fans to the ballpark for these nights and the other games for the 2022 season.
Agricultural Night will be held on June 18th as we take on the Saugerties Stallions. Fans can expect this night to be full of entertainment. We start the night off with our friends from Fuel Up to play 60 bringing their Obstacle Course out for kids to enjoy during the game. We also will have an NFL player that will be joining us for the evening and signing autographs for everyone. Our friends at The Taste of New York Welcome Center in Alexandria Bay, Great Lakes Cheese, and HP Hood will be helping us host the night.
Fireworks night will be a booming time for people of all ages. Our friends at Toyota will be helping us put on a fireworks extravaganza for all to see. This game will be on July 3rd and the Rapids take on the Adirondack Trail Blazers. Come join the Rapids to celebrate all things Red, White, and Blue and take in a baseball game to start off your 4th of July Weekend.
We will be honoring our Emergency Responders on July 27th as The Rapids take on the Newark Pilots. The Rapids want to thank all of our Emergency Responders for their service to the community. Various departments from around the Community will have their vehicles out for our fans to see.
We are happy to bring back our fan appreciation weekend this season. This weekend is all about our fans and thanking them for their support throughout the season. We will have special promotions throughout that weekend which will be July 29th and 30th.
