The Watertown Rapids are hosting “Meet the Rapids” on May 31 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Toyota Field. Come meet the Rapids players, coaches, mascot, and staff. Meet the Rapids will be free for all fans and have constant entertainment!
On Wednesday May 31st there will be open concessions for fans to enjoy classic ballpark food for the first time this season. Bring your gloves because our players are excited to play catch with all the fans. Rapids players will also be signing autographs for fans to keep. Players will be demonstrating their baseball talent in a player skill showcase which includes hitting, pitching, and additional skills to show off. The whole team will be doing interviews with invited media channels and the Rapids are sending an open invitation to any local media to cover the event and interview the team.
There will be two hours of constant entertainment during Meet the Rapids night. Everyone is invited and the Rapids are excited to meet their fans before the first home game on June 2nd.
